Refund policy
Ennoja Inc. clothing can be Exchanged or refunded only within USA, Canada and international customers.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt or the date you received you merchandise threw postal. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund or exchange on full priced items only.
- Refunds and exchanges on shipments to the USA, Canada and international costumers. Rules do apply.
- Exchanges and refund can be made, must contact the seller before a return is processed at ennojaclothing@hotmail.com
- Ennoja is not responsible for incurred Tarrifs and shipping cost there and back at any destination. The buyer would be responsible for any extra cost from shipping and Tariff costs.
- An insurance on the package would need to be added at buyers expense. Ennoja is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
- A tracking number for the package will need to be sent through email to ennojaclothing@hotmail.com.
- No refund or exchanges on sale items or discounted merchandise online and in-store.
- No refunds on special ordered items on-line or in store.
- No refunds or exchanges to international orders.
- A 10% + tax-restocking/ handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all return requests.
- Once an order has been placed, there cannot be any changes after 12 hours. No refunds will be given after an order has been placed unless you contact ennojaclothing@hotmail.com before the specified time of 12 hours. A restocking fee of 10% will be taken from the total amount of the return.
- If you receive a gift with purchase and you do not return it along with your purchase, we will issue a return less the retail price of the gift with purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and product tags must still be attached. Ship back at your own cost and your own shipping carrier.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, they are non refundable items like earrings, gift cards, sale items and special ordered pieces.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact us a ennojaclothing@hotmail.com, before sending item back with confirmation.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online credit, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 14 days from the date it was delivered.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all discounted products cannot be refunded. Discounted products, a final sale or sale item is returned it will be donated to charity.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due on our part. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ennoja Inc. is not responsible for lost returns, Customers may want to insure their merchandise before returning. If a parcel is returned and is subjected to import fees, Ennoja Inc. will issue a return less the cost of the duties and taxes.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
